Bilateral student exchange between PKU and Metropolia University of Applied Science
In 2017 and 2018, students from Peking Univeristy and Metropolia University of Applied Science visited each other.
From January 23 to March 24, 2018, four undergraduate students from PKU School of Nursing (PKUSON) visited Metropolia University of Applied Science, Finland. During their stay, they joined Innovation Project, took Finnish course and visited hospitals and elderly care centers.

On the other hand, from March 1 to May 11, 2018, two undergraduate students from Metropolia University of Applied Science visited PKUSON. They spent ten weeks studying nursing sciences at the School and attending clinical probation in Peking Univeristy Third Hospital, an affiliated hospitals of PKU.

The bilateral student exchange was a part of the project Transitional co-operation in the field of health care safety culture and chronic disease management, which was financially supported by Ministry of Education in Finland. The project also involved faculty exchange, joint symposium, internet-based summer school, etc.
