Personal Introduction:

Zhang Man, female, PhD, graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, School of Public Health, Peking University. The research interests include food environment and health, eating behavior, food and nutrition policy, and prevention and control of childhood obesity. At present, I have published more than 20 academic papers in both Chinese and English. I have participated in the compilation of " Guidelines for the prevention and control of childhood obesity (2021)", "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese School-age Children (2022)", the deputy editor of popular science books "Full Knowledge of maternal Nutrition", and participated in the compilation of popular science books "Good Hands - Protect the health knowledge of the whole family", "Encyclopedia knowledge Series around - Reasonable Diet" and so on. I won the third prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and the third prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award.
